1.1. Defective items (books) may be returned for a refund or replacement.
1.2. Defects must be the result of the publishing process, such as print defects, missing or blank pages.
1.3. Cost of shipping (returns) must be borne by the customer.
2.1. Payment for goods may be by credit or debit card, or by EFT (direct bank deposit).
2.2. If payment is by EFT/bank deposit, delivery will only take place once payment has reflected in our bank account.
3. Delivery of goods
3.1. Unless otherwise indicated, delivery of goods will be by courier to the door of the customer.
3.2. Delivery will normally take between 2-3 days (excluding weekends and public holidays), unless there are delays caused by the courier company concerned.
4.1. When you have ordered an eBook and made payment for it, you will be directed to a page with a link from where you may download the eBook.
5.1. The use of this Website is entirely at your own risk and you assume full responsibility for any risk or loss resulting from use of this Website or reliance on any information on this Website.
